- Establishment The motel was established in 1980 and was located in the Newport Shores neighborhood at 6302 West Coast Highway.
- It tragically burned down in April of 2018. We thought it would be fun to keep the memory alive with these limited edition trucker hats of the iconic Pine Knot sign.
